Portals

The adults stay in the loop. The student stays in charge of the work.

Every student has people who care how it’s going. These portals give each of them the view that fits, and no more than that.

Coming after our first release. During the first pilot, families receive a plain one-page note on how observations are handled. The screens below show where this is going, with a fictional student.

For parents

Seen, not managed.

See how your child is coming along against the school’s own requirements, what they’re stuck on, and what’s lighting them up. You can suggest a topic, too.

When something interesting shows up, it arrives as a dinner-table conversation starter, not a surveillance report.

The privacy dial

Privacy is a culture each family chooses, not a default the company imposes. Parents decide where that line sits until their child turns 18. Try it:

    For teachers

You keep the classroom. We keep you informed.

CourseBend doesn’t replace you. The teacher, the grades and the diploma stay with the school. It never writes requirements, and its checks never become the grade of record.

    • See progress against the requirements you already teach.
    • See where a student is stuck, so you can get creative.
    • Assign or suggest a topic.
    • Never personal conversations or personal content.

    Community AI

One student and one AI is only the start.

Parents and teachers each have their own way in. Community AI is how a student reaches out. CourseBend goes out on their behalf and finds other students who share their interests, so they can brainstorm together and make things neither would make alone.

    Matched

Found through what they care about

Students are matched on shared interests, so the first conversation already has somewhere to go.

    Made together

    Different passions, same subject

A designer and a musician can come at one subject from two directions and build a project together, including for school.

    Collective

    More than a private exchange

AI stops being only something between one student and MalachAI. It becomes something a group of students thinks with.

Designed for teenagers. A student’s record stays that student’s, and nothing gets shared between students without clear consent from the people responsible for them.
